Pleasant Stay with Family Amid Some Hiccups
We enjoyed our two-night stay. The staff was welcoming, especially a friendly gentleman who helped us with our room change after some initial issues. The bed was comfortable, and our family loved the cozy atmosphere in the lounge area for morning coffee. I recommend bringing your own amenities.

It was an excellent fit for a quick stopover in Knoxville with value for price. The hotel had a hot AC that was great considering it was sweltering outside. If you're in a rush, check in online to save time.

Avoid at all costs!
This place is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are super outdated and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We heard kids screaming in the pool late at night and there were shady folks wandering around. I didn’t even dare take my shoes off. The breakfast was alright, though. Seriously, don’t stay here.

The bed was super comfy and the room had a nice view, which made my stay enjoyable. I loved unwinding in the hot tub and taking a dip in the pool after a long day. However, breakfast wrapped up sooner than I’d hoped. definitely set an alarm to catch it! 😊

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed the local football at Neyland Stadium and spent time golfing too. The hotel was perfect for our group trip. Just a heads up for future guests, there’s a cash deposit required upon check-in, so be prepared. Overall, it was a fun stay!
Only downside was the rude check-in clerk when I mentioned an inconvenience about the cash deposit. It made the start a bit awkward.

We had some quality time watching basketball at Thompson-Boling Arena, which was a short drive away. The kids loved the pool, and our room was spacious enough for my grandson to play around. The overall vibe was welcoming.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could really use a deep clean. Also, adding a family-friendly breakfast option would be a huge plus.
